We are currently looking for individuals with computer-telephony integration skills and/or software development experience, to help develop and maintain our integrated predictive dialer, IVR, and other telecommunications solutions. These mid-level positions are for Telephony Developers in our Telecom Department. Developers work as a team on a day to day basis to help solve our customers' telecommunications problems using our state-of-the-art products as well as develop new product releases and features. Analysts consult with other leading solutions providers to offer our customers a fully-integrated, enterprise-wide solution. Some travel to customer sites may be necessary for installations and consulting.

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills a must
• Excellent C/C++ skills including standard data structures a must
• 2+ yrs. UNIX/LINUX development experience (Knowledge of O/S theory: multi-threading, inter-process communication, race conditions, semaphores, critical sections, etc)
• 3+ yrs. software development experience
• Knowledge of LINUX and Windows Operating systems
• Telecom experience, including installation and support of Telephony systems a plus
• Some familiarity with databases and SQL a plus
• JAVA a plus

Additional qualifications may include:

• Intel Dialogic Telephony API's
• Computer Telephony in general
• Hardware configuration
• Signaling concepts: T1, E1, PRI, analog, IP
