We are currently looking for individuals with Software support experience, in order to provide specialized support, installation, and training for our telecommunications software products.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated customer service and computer skills
  • Computer coursework; general knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments
  • Networking experience
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Self Motivated

Pluses:

  • Classes in or working knowledge of UNIX, Linux, and scripting
  • Classes in or working knowledge of C/C++ programming
  • Knowledge of Dialogic hardware products

We have openings for entry-level to mid-level support analysts with starting salaries in the upper 30's, commensurate with experience.
