Outbound Predictive Dialing Software

One way in which CR Software LLC makes our clients' work easier and more efficient is by offering the Mercury Predictive Dialer (MPD) system. The utilization of the predictive dialing software enables collectors to have considerably more successful call contacts that manual dial. The core feature of the predictive dialer is the outbound predictive dialing function. Using this feature allows the user to designate a predetermined list of phone numbers in which the system will dial. This auto dialer software automatically dials several of the telephone numbers from the designated list and only routes the calls that are actually answered by a person on the other end of the call.

In a traditional manual dialing setup, as much as 75% of the calls made by the collector are not connected to a live person. Many of these calls are not answered, answered by an answering machine, or a wrong number. Even the 25% of the outgoing calls that are connected contain wasted time while the collector is waiting for the person on the other end to answer the phone. The use of our Mercury Predictive Dialer drastically reduces the amount of time wasted by only forwarding legitimate calls to the collector. The predictive dialer system also keeps track of the collectors that are logged on to the system and will consistently forward calls to agents that are available.

 

Auto Dialer Software: Inbound Capabilities

The Mercury Predictive Dialer also incorporates many outstanding features related to incoming calls. In addition to having an auto dialer feature, the MPD also has the ability to automatically recognize the inbound phone number of a debtor or other consumer. Once the number is recognized by the system, the auto dialer software searches the available database for the debtor's file. The predictive dialing software then routes the call to the proper agent or collector. This function also saves valuable time by retrieving the information from the caller while the caller is awaiting the agent to connect, allowing the agent to service other customers during that time.
