These mid-level and senior-level positions are for JAVA Developers building our new generation products from the ground up. Developers consult with other leading solutions providers to offer our customers a fully-integrated, enterprise-wide solution. Some travel to customer sites may be necessary for installations and consulting.

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills a must
• Ability to understand UML design artifacts and translate them into working application code.
• Ability to implement clean, well-documented code in accordance with project guidelines and standards.

Additional qualifications for senior level candidates include:

• Ability to create clean, flexible, and simple OO designs for complex application components
• Ability to design for high transactional volumes across a clustered J2EE environment
• Ability to design components for high reliability and availability, both synchronous and asynchronous
• Ability to apply standard design patterns to common design problems
• Ability to implement clean, well-documented code in accordance with project guidelines and standards
• Ability to oversee/lead a small team (approx. 2) of mid-level developers
