Customer Relationship Manager / Inside Sales
Responsible for customer relationship management with existing client base. Acts as the main point of contact for all sales, services, and training initiatives to existing customers by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sells modules, new products and upgrades to existing clients
- Assists President (and/or CEO) to close sales to existing customers
- Assists President in all sales activities and special projects
- Organizes, in conjunction with Support Manager, Install Manager and Programming Department, installations for existing customers that have been closed by Inside Sales
- Maintains relationships with existing customer base (public relations)
- Acts as escalation point for existing customers for technical or business issues
- Implements sales initiatives to existing client base for new and existing products, under guidance of Supervisor
- Attends sales meetings and industry conferences as deemed necessary by Supervisor
- Creates monthly status report for Supervisor
- Writes articles for the quarterly newsletter, if necessary
- Participates in company meetings
- This position reports to the Director of Marketing & Sales
Qualifications:
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret user manuals, technical procedures, or business communications. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions, verbally and in writing, from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Fluency in English is required
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM applications. Have the ability to learn new technology quickly and then explain it to laypeople
- Other Skills and Abilities: Must maintain the ability to demonstrate all CRS products. Excellent customer service/public relations skills. Able to work well independently. Attention to detail
