Small Agency Start-up Comment:
"We are a small agency. When we came on board with CR Software, our first month on CRS the company set a new record by hitting 19.4% above our previous monthly average. Then in August, we set another company record with 63.3% above our previous monthly average. Then in September, yet another overall revenue record was set when we did an astounding 230% in monthly revenue above our average. Where the average collector used to generate a little over $4000 a month, they’re now generating an average of $8500 (212.5%).
There are several factors that contributed to this success, but the true champion of this story is the Platinum Version of CR Software, the CRS Programmers and the CRS Installation Teams. We couldn’t have done it without you. "You always get to hear about the frustrations and problems that your clients have, well I wanted to let you know about some EXCELLENT customer service that 3 of your employees gave to us here at Viking on Saturday. We had a power outage on Friday night that knocked out our CRS box, phone system and security system. I was called and came in early Saturday morning and was able to get our phone system back up but was not able to get the CRS server working again. I called the after hours help line and they called Fernando who called me within 5 minutes. He proceeded to give up most of his Saturday to help us out of our problems. Yegor and Coy also gave up most of their Saturday as well. Bottom line - we were up and running again around 5:30 or so Central time and I just wanted to say thank you and let you know about the dedication of 3 of your employees to truly go above and beyond the call of duty for one of your customers."

"As we say in Dixie: I’ll give you a dollar two ninety eight for the contract of Fernando. At the moment he is being security screened on his way back to lovely Fairfax.
He was professional in every respect during his visit. He was prepared in advance and had the presence of mind to interrogate myself and one of my lead collectors as to what we really wanted to accomplish. After a couple of hours of splitting hairs and give and take, we arrived at concrete definitions. From there it was only a couple of skilled keystrokes to create what we needed.
Continuing, we began to pepper him with a half dozen or so this that and the other matters along the lines of one thing leads to another. All of which he took in stride, analyzed, and fixed on the spot. Most importantly, we established a relationship on the personal level such that I feel that there is a real person at CRS who really knows the MCC system. This condition could be a curse as we now have his personal phone number but we will be mindful to call the main number first should support be needed in the future."
