Web Interface Transforms Collections Capabilities

In 2007, Williams & Fudge, a trailblazer in accounts receivable management and collection services for colleges and universities, envisioned a powerful new functionality -- interactive client web access. A devoted CR Software customer since 1996, Williams & Fudge naturally enlisted the company’s help in devising an innovative implementation. CR Software responded with Navigate, an interactive Web access portal with real-time reporting capabilities for efficiency and ease-of-use.
"We had two goals in mind for the interface," explained Robert J. Perrin, president of Williams & Fudge. "Above all, we wanted to provide cutting-edge value and convenience to our clients. We also realized that freeing our collectors from balance and receipt inquiries would afford more time for the collection of non-paying accounts."
To achieve this end, Williams & Fudge relied on CR Software’s Navigate to provide its clients with 24-hour access to their accounts, reports and statements. In addition, Navigate deftly interfaced with the existing Williams & Fudge website for on-line payment and multiple client placement options. As a security measure, CR Software developed a secure, cost-efficient log-in based on password restrictions.
