Message Campaigns with Automated Dialers

Can you imagine your company making money with no agents on duty or when your office is closed? The Mercury Predictive Dialer (MPD) can help make that a reality. One feature of the MPD is the use of automated dialers to connect to debtors and customers without the assistance of the on-duty agent. Once the call is connected to the consumer, the software will play a pre-recorded message for the debtor. This messaging campaign can also be utilized even when an answering machine receives the incoming call. This automated outbound dialer function does not require any employee participation and is ideal for messages that need to be delivered in the evenings or on weekends.

This system is also capable of being combined with the outbound Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for an added benefit. The IVR system utilizes TTS technology to verify the customer's identity and account information. Once the identity is confirmed, the call will either be routed to an on-duty agent or, if no agents are on duty, the IVR auto phone system can collect payment from the caller.

IVR: Automated Outbound Dialer

The Interactive Voice Response system also has great features for incoming calls. Similar to the automated outbound dialer, the incoming IVR allows the customer to perform actions without the assistance of an agent and can also assist in directing the customer to the proper department or collector. This is most frequently performed by the debtor pressing numerical buttons to be transferred.

The IVR system can also be used in conjunction with a text to speech feature. When using one of our premier software systems, the IVR will convert many of the written data fields to audible voices to better assist the consumer without the aid of a representative. This option can be used for incoming calls or with the automated dialers.
