CR Software puts great emphasis on analyzing these trends and regularly reviewing our products and services to arm you with the latest technological tools, industry knowledge, and business intelligence needed to keep you ahead of the competition.

How are we doing this?
  • CR Software empowers our employees to seek out the answers that we need. We encourage our staff to take training courses, attend seminars and conferences, visit customers on-site to learn more about their environments and meet with our customers face-to-face at Users’ conferences and Advisory Council meetings.
  • CR Software opens the door for our clients to take part in the development of products and services that we provide. Software releases are made up of over 80% customer requested enhancements. We have expanded our development team to allow for more releases per annum to include more of our customer requests. The Advisory Council, comprised of a panel of 15 current users, meets quarterly with the CR Software staff to review product enhancements, future development needs, support issues and possible new service needs. CR Software is held accountable to its clients through this group and our entire client base has access to the council.
  • CR Software invests in technology to advance its product offerings and service levels. Clients have access to real time updates for all support cases or development projects. They have access to all the latest documentation libraries, product news, bug fixes, and software enhancements. They have access to escalation processes as well as the Advisory Council. Email blasts regularly announce important news.
  • CR Software builds many partner relationships with companies that offer other services including skiptracing, scoring and calling services that have been tightly integrated into the CR Software platform.
  • CR Software invests in its people. We constantly strive to bring together the best group of analysts and developers to deliver the best products available.
  • CR Software invests in the future. We spend millions of dollars developing the next generation of enterprise wide collections software utilizing best practices, forward thinking technologies, open architecture, and business intelligence. At a time when many are looking at the here and now, CR Software is constantly looking into the future.
  • CR Software Platinum and Titanium versions both have at least one new release each year loaded with enhancements that come from our clients, industry trends, improved technologies and innovations from our development staff.
  • CR Software releases at least 6 integrated modules each year.
